While we employ industry-standard cryptographic hashing to protect your credentials, ultimate account security remains your personal responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with third parties.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or designed to disrupt the service.
Exploits, viruses, or unverified binaries.
Content violating local or sovereign laws.
Assets infringing on third-party rights.
The Service provides temporary and permanent storage solutions depending on your tier. However, storage resources are shared and finite.
The administrator reserves the right to remove files if system storage thresholds are exceeded or if files are left inactive for extended periods. Users must maintain independent backups.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AGS GATEWAY EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR SECURITY BREACHES ARISING FROM USER NEGLIGENCE.
